Riding and Horsemanship Camp @ Knox Farm
Any D’s who participate will have a good tune up for the D rally. Of course, adults are welcome with or without children! Copy of program has been sent to regional email list.
This camp is meant to be a fun, family, learning experience in all aspects of riding and horsemanship. It is open to youth (8 years old and up) as well as adults. Parents are encouraged to attend with their children. Participants will have two mounted lessons daily encompassing flatwork, dressage, grids, stadium jumping, cross country jumping and pace. Riders who do not wish to jump will be accommodated. In addition, there will be unmounted lessons on stable management and horse care, as well as hands on lessons in lunging, long lining, ground work and manners for your horse. There will also be opportunities for mounted games and polocrosse. A guide will be available to lead trail rides in the beautiful Portneuf Range on the King Creek Ranch and Caribou National Forest contiguous to Knox Farm.
Further information on these activities is available from Chris Knox 208- 648-7175 chris@knoxfarm.com

Dear Chris:
My daughter isn’t old enough to attend yet(6 yrs old), even so, I would like more information on the Pony Club programs in the intermountain region (Utah best, but we enjoy travelling). Her German Grandma has been teaching her to ride, but I wanted her to learn pony club methods at some point…
Thanks, Ek Revenaugh, Salt Lake City, Utah
